Plugin License Terms
Last updated: 30 April 2026
1. License Grant
When you purchase a plugin on PulsePlugin, the seller grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin on your server(s) according to the license type associated with the product (Single Server, Multi-Server, User-Bound, or Floating).
2. License Types
Single Server License
You may install and run the plugin on one (1) server. The license key is tied to a single server identifier (IP address or server UUID). You may transfer the license to a different server by deactivating the current server via your dashboard.
Multi-Server License
You may install and run the plugin on up to the number of servers specified at purchase. Additional servers require additional licenses or an upgraded plan.
User-Bound License
You may install the plugin on any number of servers you personally operate. The license is tied to your PulsePlugin account and is not transferable to other users.
Floating License
A pool of N concurrent activations is included. You may activate and deactivate servers freely, as long as the concurrent limit is not exceeded.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the plugin or license key
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify the plugin unless explicitly permitted by the seller
- Use the plugin on servers you do not own or operate
- Remove or bypass license enforcement mechanisms (DRM)
4. Subscription Licenses
For subscription-based plugins, your license remains active as long as your subscription is paid. Cancellation of the subscription will result in license deactivation at the end of the billing period.
5. Free Plugins
Plugins listed as free may be downloaded and used without payment, but are still subject to these License Terms and any additional terms set by the seller.
6. Seller's Additional Terms
Individual sellers may impose additional restrictions or permissions beyond these baseline terms. Check each plugin's listing for seller-specific terms.
7. Enforcement
Violation of these license terms may result in license revocation, account suspension, and potential legal action.
8. Governing Law
These license terms are governed by Swiss law.
