Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods Policy
All sales on PulsePlugin are for digital goods (software plugins). Under Swiss law and our general policy, sales of digital goods that have been downloaded or accessed are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as described below.
2. When We Offer Refunds
We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:
- The plugin does not function as described and the seller cannot resolve the issue within 7 days
- The plugin is found to contain malicious code or unauthorized functionality
- A duplicate purchase was made in error (within 24 hours of purchase)
- Technical failure on our platform prevented proper delivery
3. How to Request a Refund
- Contact the seller directly via the support ticket system
- If the seller cannot resolve your issue within 7 days, escalate by opening a billing ticket
- PulsePlugin staff will review the case and may issue a refund at their discretion
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days
4. Subscriptions
Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused subscription time, except in cases of platform error.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us will result in immediate account suspension and license revocation. We work with Stripe to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.
