Terms of Service — PulsePlugin

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PulsePlugin (pulseplugin.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

3. Services

PulsePlugin provides a marketplace for game server plugins (Minecraft, Rust, Hytale). We connect sellers (plugin developers) with buyers (server owners) and facilitate the sale and distribution of digital goods.

4. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Each person may maintain only one account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Sellers

Sellers must apply and be approved before listing products.
Sellers warrant that their plugins are their original work or that they have the right to distribute them.
Sellers must not list plugins that contain malware, unauthorized code, or infringe third-party intellectual property.
PulsePlugin retains a platform fee (currently 30%) on each sale. The remaining 70% is paid to the seller.
Sellers are solely responsible for the tax implications of their income. PulsePlugin does not collect or remit VAT on behalf of sellers.
DRM Prohibition:Sellers must not embed DRM, license-check calls to external servers, kill-switches, or any code that could disable functionality on a buyer's server without the buyer's explicit consent and clear documentation. Obfuscation that conceals such mechanisms is also prohibited.
Data Collection:Plugins must not collect, transmit, or store any data about buyers' servers, players, or infrastructure without clearly disclosing this in the product description and obtaining explicit user consent in compliance with applicable data protection law.

6. Buyers

All sales of digital goods are final unless otherwise stated in the seller's refund policy or required by applicable law.
Downloads are provided for the buyer's personal or server use only. Redistribution is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the seller.
License keys are issued per purchase and tied to the buyer's account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Upload plugins containing malware, backdoors, or unauthorized remote access
Reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute purchased plugins without permission
Engage in fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or payment manipulation
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff
Attempt to circumvent platform security or DRM systems
Create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions

8. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain all intellectual property rights to their plugins.
By listing on PulsePlugin, sellers grant PulsePlugin a limited license to display, store, and distribute their content for the purpose of operating the marketplace.
The PulsePlugin name, logo, and platform design are the property of PulsePlugin Kalbermatter.

9. Disclaimers

PulsePlugin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or fitness for purpose of any plugin listed on the platform. Use plugins at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, PulsePlugin Kalbermatter shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or plugins purchased through it.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Solothurn, Switzerland.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
