These Seller Terms apply in addition to the general Terms of Service and govern the relationship between PulsePlugin Kalbermatter and approved sellers.
1. Eligibility
To become a seller, you must apply and be approved by PulsePlugin staff. We reserve the right to reject applications or revoke seller status at any time.
2. Your Obligations as a Seller
- All plugins you list must be your original work or you must have the right to distribute them
- You must accurately describe your plugin's features, compatibility, and requirements
- You must respond to buyer support tickets within 48 hours
- You must not list plugins containing malware, unauthorized code, or that infringe third-party IP
- You are responsible for keeping your plugins updated and functional
- DRM Prohibition:You must not embed DRM systems, external license-check calls, kill-switches, or any mechanism that remotely disables or degrades plugin functionality without the buyer's explicit, documented consent. Code obfuscation that conceals such mechanisms is similarly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate product removal and account termination.
- Data Collection Restrictions:If your plugin collects any data from buyers' servers, players, or infrastructure (including telemetry, usage statistics, or crash reports), you must: (a) clearly disclose this in your product description before purchase, (b) provide a mechanism for buyers to opt out or disable collection, and (c) ensure collection complies with applicable data protection law. Undisclosed data collection is grounds for immediate removal.
3. Revenue Share
PulsePlugin retains 30% of each sale as a platform fee (unless a custom rate has been agreed in writing). You receive 70% of the sale price, paid via Stripe Connect to your connected bank account.
Payouts are processed monthly. A minimum payout threshold of CHF 20.00 applies.
4. Taxes
You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on your income from PulsePlugin. PulsePlugin Kalbermatter operates as an Einzelfirma not subject to VAT and does not collect or remit VAT on your behalf. It is your responsibility to determine your own tax obligations in your jurisdiction.
5. Prohibited Products
The following may not be listed on PulsePlugin:
- Plugins containing malware, backdoors, cryptominers, or remote access trojans
- Plugins that violate the terms of service of any game (Minecraft, Rust, etc.)
- Plugins that infringe the intellectual property of third parties
- Exploits, hacks, or cheating tools
6. Content Removal
PulsePlugin reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms, without prior notice and without compensation.
7. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your seller account for:
- Repeated policy violations
- High chargeback rates (>5%)
- Fraudulent activity
- Failure to respond to buyer support tickets
Upon termination, outstanding payouts for completed sales will be processed. Pending sales will be refunded to buyers.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between sellers and buyers should be handled through the PulsePlugin ticket system. PulsePlugin may mediate but is not obligated to do so.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Seller Terms at any time with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the seller platform constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction: Canton of Solothurn, Switzerland.
