Account & Privacy
Managing your account, updating your email, controlling your data, and understanding what we store.
Account Settings
Manage your profile and security settings at Dashboard → Settings. From here you can:
- Update your display name and email address
- Change your password
- Enable or disable two-factor authentication (TOTP)
- View and revoke active sessions
- Generate and manage API keys
Two-Factor Authentication
PulsePlugin supports TOTP-based 2FA (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.). Enable it under Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication.
If you lose access to your 2FA device, use a recovery code. Recovery codes are shown once at setup — store them in a safe place.
Data We Store
PulsePlugin stores the following data associated with your account:
- Email address and display name
- Hashed password (bcrypt — your raw password is never stored)
- Order history and license keys
- Plugin download history (file name, timestamp)
- License activation records (server ID, last-seen timestamp)
- Payment method tokens (stored by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
Exporting Your Data
You can request a full export of your personal data at any time from Settings → Privacy → Export My Data. The export is prepared as a JSON file and emailed to your registered address within 24 hours.
Deleting Your Account
To delete your account, go to Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Before deletion:
- All active license keys are revoked immediately.
- Active subscriptions are cancelled (no further charges).
- If you are a seller, your products are archived and no longer publicly visible.
- Any pending payout balance must be withdrawn before deletion. Contact support if you need assistance.
