Purchasing a Plugin

How to buy a plugin, what happens after checkout, and how to access your purchase.

Checkout

On a plugin's product page, click Buy Now (or Get for Freefor free plugins). You'll be taken to the Stripe-hosted checkout page where you can pay by card.

You must be logged in to complete a purchase. If you don't have an account, you can register at pulseplugin.net/auth/register.

After Purchase

Once your payment is confirmed:

You are redirected to the order confirmation page.
A unique license key (PULSE-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) is generated for your purchase if the seller has licensing enabled.
The plugin file is prepared for download. For source-protected plugins this may take a few seconds while a personalised build is generated.
A confirmation email is sent to your registered address.

Free Plugins

Free plugins follow the same flow — you still "check out" so that an order record is created and you receive a license key. There is no payment step. Click Get for Free on the product page.

Subscription Plugins

Some plugins are sold as monthly or yearly subscriptions. See the Subscriptions guide for details on billing, cancellation, and what happens when a subscription lapses.

Refunds

All sales are final by default. If you believe a plugin was misrepresented, contact support within 7 days of purchase. Refund eligibility is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. After a refund is issued, the license key is revoked and the plugin is removed from your downloads.
